Ember & Salt was born from a simple philosophy: that cooking over open flame connects us to something ancient and honest. No sous vide, no molecular theatre — just fire, season and intention.
Chef Tomislav Đurić trained at Noma and Le Bernardin before returning to Croatia to build something rooted in the Adriatic. Our menu changes with the seasons, the catch and the market. Some dishes live for a week. Some for a decade.
We have 48 seats and we intend to keep it that way. Every guest deserves our full attention — and they get it.
